Agreement to Terms
When you hire us for tree services, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety procedures.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide free quotes for all services. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unexpected conditions are discovered during the job. We will always inform you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please ensure that pets are secured and that the work area is clear of personal items. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features that were not identified before we begin work.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities. We can advise you on permit requirements, but the final responsibility lies with you as the property owner.
Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our employees. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, landscaping, or structures. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service delivery.
Warranties
We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues related to our service within 30 days of completion, please contact us and we will address the concern. This warranty does not cover natural tree failure, weather damage, or issues caused by factors beyond our control.
Weather and Delays
Tree work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule your service due to rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather delays are necessary.
Debris and Cleanup
Unless otherwise agreed, we will remove all tree debris from your property as part of our service. Wood chips or firewood may be left on-site if requested. We will leave your property in a clean, safe condition.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
